Welcome to Golf for Good - Mini Golf Kāpiti
Our internationally designed 18-hole mini golf course brings the excitement and challenge of a real putting green to the Kāpiti Coast — the first of its kind in New Zealand. Inspired by the famous Himalayas putting course in St Andrews and shaped with guidance from international mini-golf specialist Scott McPherson, it offers a fun, accessible, and authentic golfing experience for all ages.
But Golf for Good is more than just a game.
This course was created as a joint initiative between the Kāpiti Rotary Club and the Combined Lions Clubs of Kāpiti, supported by an extraordinary community effort. In just a few short months, local sponsors, tradies, and volunteers poured in thousands of hours, working alongside Kāpiti Coast District Council to turn an ambitious idea into a fully realised course. The result is a remarkable example of what happens when a community comes together with passion and purpose.
Built by the community, for the community, Golf for Good exists to give back. Every dollar of profit supports local charities, youth groups, and projects that help Kāpiti thrive. Through partnerships, including our valued relationship with The Bond Store, we continue to strengthen our impact across the district.

The Combined Lions Clubs of Kāpiti
The Combined Kāpiti Lions Clubs are part of a global network of volunteers who are dedicated to serving communities with the motto “We Serve” Our members work together on a wide range of local initiatives—from supporting youth and education to aiding those in need and improving community wellbeing.
